Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Liaison at Emtrust Solutions. This role involves engaging with our hospital partners and the surrounding community, communicating with stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, conducting community outreach, and promoting our senior advisory services.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of senior placement services, medical terminology, and regulatory standards
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- As a Healthcare Liaison, assess client needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality advisory services
- Act as a primary liaison between clients, their families, and our leadership team, ensuring clients receive optimal care and support
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Generate and track sales leads utilizing CRM software
- Conduct market research
- Create and manage marketing materials
- Organize and participate in community relations and events
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Manage budget and resources
- Ensure compliance and best practices
Additional Qualifications:
- Skills in community engagement, communication, and customer service
- Experience in community outreach and senior care
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and senior living services is advantageous
- (5) Years or more of related work experience as a liaison with an inpatient rehabilitation hospital or long-term acute care hospital, OR a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration
